Lucho Bermudez School of Music

The school is in honor of Lucho Bermudez, one of the biggest composers in Colombia. He composed about 1000 songs with beautiful inspiring messages, in particular for peace. He also engaged in merging inventing different rhythms, now popular in world. He invented la Cumbia, fusing jazz music, popular at that time, with popular rhythms from the coast of Colombia. His Gaitas are also very popular in Colombia and around the world.

The School of Music provides a reimagined approach to music training, reflecting and engaging with the world we live in and the current trends. By embracing diversity of cultures, students are prepared to both impact the world now with healing frequencies and shape tomorrow’s musical landscape with innovative approaches. The students engage in a versatile and entrepreneurial mindset creating their own musical expression masterpieces.

They learn traditional rhythms and song, while they also have the opportunity to create and experience new music masterpieces.

Students have a broadcasting studio and music center where they explore healing harmonic frequencies collectively creating a symphony. They have the opportunity to write their own songs, lyrics, poems, speeches and broadcast live to global centers at the University.

Students connect with themselves and families remembering the value of sharing, being creative and understanding that happiness comes from oneself. Students have the opportunity to sing, dance, make and play their own instruments.

We particularly engage in creating awesome music with inspiring messages for peace in the world. Check the music that we have created here.
