Background and Context – Founders Story

The universities main outcome is to spread, weave and create peace. Masterminds of the School of Visionaries and World Builders are the pioneers of the Iryna Wold Pax Initiative, formulating strategies to build, implement, and sustain world peace. The peace initiative is at the heart core of Nadezhda and Luis, founders of the univeristy, who have in their families experienced in different ways war conflicts, displacement of land, persecution and other injustices.

They both believe that is possible to create a world of harmony and peace by freeing the land, finding inner peace, while walking the path as conscious world leaders promoting ecological responsibility and social justice.

Iryna the Goddess of Peace

Iryna is the Ukrainian name of the Greek Goddess Eirene. She was one of the Horae (goddesses of the seasons and the natural portions of time). She was often depicted as a beautiful young woman holding a cornucopia, symbolizing the prosperity that peace brings. who personified peace.

This association is inline with the Aquarian Age and the woman, goddesses leading the change.

Iryna encompasses a deeper sense of:

  • Tranquility: A state of calmness and serenity.
  • Harmony: A balanced and agreeable relationship, whether between individuals, within oneself, or with the world.
  • Well-being: A flourishing state of existence, free from disturbance.

Pax is the latin word for peace. It assumes:

  • A state of concord and harmony: Agreement and understanding between people or groups.

  • An agreement or treaty for keeping harmony, tranquility and order.

Holistic Approach for Peace on Earth

The Gnostic University of Philanthropy proposes a holistic approach for achieving world peace, based on the principles of cultivating inner wisdom, ecological responsibility, and social justice.

Cultivating Inner Peace

As a Gnostic University we focus on the following to cultivate and find inner peace:

Inner Knowing and Wisdom: A gnostic university, at its core, emphasizes the cultivation of inner wisdom, self-knowledge, and direct experience of truth. This involve contemplative practices, involvement in music and creative arts, philosophical inquiry, and the exploration of mystical traditions, all supported by Earth Medicines.

Transcending Dogma and Division: By encouraging individual spiritual exploration rather than adherence to rigid doctrines, the university enabled individuals to move beyond divisive belief systems that often fuel conflict.

Developing Ethical and Compassionate Leaders: An education rooted in gnostic principles fosters leaders with a deep sense of interconnectedness, empathy, and a commitment to ethical action, contributing to more peaceful and just societies. The scholars are driven to sustain efforts towards land regeneration and social justice.

Promoting Critical Thinking and Open-mindedness: The pursuit of gnosis involves questioning assumptions and seeking deeper understanding. This cultivates critical thinking skills and open-mindedness, essential for navigating complex global issues and fostering dialogue.

Practicing Ecological Responsibility and Social Justice

Ecological responsibility includes efforts on sustainability, regeneration, and sovereignty of the land, fostering peace by:

Addressing Root Causes of Conflict: Competition for resources, particularly land and its bounty, has historically been a significant driver of conflict. Regenerating degraded land enhances resource availability and reduce scarcity-driven tensions.

Promoting Sustainability and Interdependence: A focus on ecological regeneration fosters a sense of responsibility towards the Earth and highlights our interdependence with the natural world. This translates into a greater understanding of global interconnectedness and the need for cooperation.

Empowering Local Communities: Freeing the land, through land redistribution (weaving of parches) and the recognition of indigenous land rights, empowers marginalized communities, reduces grievances, and fosters greater social justice, all of which contribute to peace.

Creating Spaces for Healing and Connection: Restored natural environments serve as spaces for healing, reflection, and fostering a deeper connection between people and the Earth, promoting empathy and understanding.

Walking in Faith

We have faith because we trust and believe in a higher power, God. If you have a strong faith, understanding that we are children of God, and that we are conduits of light, we receive wisdom. Wisdom, that let us weave peace by being more aware about our surroundings (including our lives) allowing us to make conscious decisions rooted in love and protected by the Holy Spirit. The pursuit of peace through faith involves:

  • Prayer and meditation: Connecting with a higher power or inner self to find solace and clarity amidst life’s challenges. This practice can foster a sense of calm and perspective.
  • Adherence to spiritual teachings: Living according to the principles and values of one’s faith, which often emphasize compassion, forgiveness, and understanding. This can lead to more harmonious relationships and inner tranquility.
  • Community and belonging: Finding support and shared values within a faith community, which can provide a sense of peace and security.
  • Rituals and practices: Engaging in ceremonies and traditions that offer comfort, meaning, and a connection to something larger than oneself. Rituals are key because it allows to connect through music sacred spaces and sacred medicines.
  • Surrender and trust: Letting go of the need to control every aspect of life and placing trust in a higher power or the natural order of things. This can alleviate anxiety and foster acceptance.

Live as a Conscious World Leader

Addressing Both Material and Spiritual Needs: By addressing both the tangible needs of the environment and the deeper spiritual needs of individuals, this strategy acknowledges the interconnectedness of inner and outer peace.

Fostering a Holistic Worldview: Both gnostic principles and ecological awareness emphasize interconnectedness and interdependence, fostering a more holistic worldview that transcends narrow nationalistic or ideological boundaries.

The plan is to advance the development of the campus in la Sierra Nevada, while having ambassadors to spread peace and the land of Esperanza, while being supported by a Galactic Council.

  • Host in sovereign sacred land twin flames in la Sierra Nevada (the Heart of Pachamama, in Colombia), where there is enough land to fulfill our dreams of freedom and sovereignty, while living in peace.
