This article highlights the importance of creativity in education, developing tribe-oriented inspirational educational systems based on mastery transpiration, cross cultural mingling and technology that will lead our children to be entrepreneurs, innovators and responsible custodians of their family, friends and our planet.

🤔 did this article came to 🪺?

Our friend Pablo recently sent to a group of friends an article about education (Educate in Latin), written by another friend, Jorge, a respected writer of a Colombian newspaper. It made us 🤔 and relate with the educational system we want to implement at the Gnostic University of Philanthropy (ParchesU.com). It sparkled great unravelings about key aspects of alternative educational systems, with my beloved 💃🕺, while overlooking a Park in la Sierrita, in la Sierra Nevada in Colombia.⬇️

About Creativity and Masters Inspiration

When we enter the creative process, whether it is in entrepreneurship, music, art, or other, we are filled with bliss. The more bliss you have the more creative you become. This creative process can be accompanied by mastery.

Mastery is the practice guided by others who have walked the path. The path opened by ancestors (parents, grandparents) who pass on to us, not only their wisdom, but their mastery, through DNA. A master is permeated with natural frequencies of inspiration when he or she is creating in bliss. Meaning there is no time, no pressure of any kind, and only creation matters.

A teacher has an essential characteristic that he also transmits. He is always in tune with learning and improving. And one way to learn is through teaching and learning from students, who are also motivated to walk in his essence. This leads us to a feedback process between the student and the teacher, where the teacher becomes the student and the student the teacher.

Teaching with practical mastery, works well when both parties are interested in sharing knowledge, sharing in the present, in an appropriate environment, without time pressure, because they simply love what they do. They create a symbiotic relation. The Master is fulfill. She knows she is soo good at what she does, that a student wants to learn her art. A student wants to share with the master the creation and the bliss surrounding the masterpiece.

We agree with a murmur that resonates in the air, which tells us that children should not be forced to study, in particular in jail-kind environments. They should be guided by the inspiration of teachers who provide paths, possibilities, projections of a future of mastery and inspiration, in an adequate context. What happens when there are no teachers around who show possibilities of mastery and inspiration?

Your Life Context Shapes your Dreams

If you go to Palomino, a town in the northeast coast of Colombia, and ask the kids what they want to be when they grow up, they’ll say: Motorcycle driver . Why? Because it’s the easiest way to make money in the area, because their cousins have motorcycles, and mostly because they haven’t seen any other options.

Nowadays, classes are held in closed classrooms, where dozens, often hundreds of students sit down to listen to a lecture. Are they paying attention? Are they just going because it’s a prerequisite for a degree? This lecture experience (often one-way) can now be replicated online, with chats, capturing images projected by the professor, quick note-taking, readings guided by artificial intelligence, etc.

If the student is there for the sake of getting a good grade or a degree, and then getting a ready-made job, then that is not the best incentive. On the contrary, the student could be totally passionate about the subject and no matter where he is, he will acquire the knowledge because he has been motivated, inspired. A situation that is enhanced when one is immersed in possibilities, surrounded by Masters, scholars of their craft immersed in bliss and creation.

The process is shifted towards a more practical approach. A kid learns math, because he wants to make the perfect bread and needs measurements to understand the alchemy of the elements. And not the other way around, where we learn math and years later we use it.

Ideal Educational System

An ideal educational system is family/tribe oriented. One in which families and friends provide inspirational sharing of their gifts and mastery aligned to a common goal. The goal is for children to become masters. Masters of their skills bestowed by their parents, grandparents and gran grand … For what? To accept our true selves, accept our ancestors, find love within, and at the same time to impact our environment positively. We provide a family context where parches (villages) work together in a common theme, while teaching, improving their art and positively impacting our family, friends and neighborhoods.

At the Gnostic University of Philanthropy (ParchesU), we encourage the circle of family and friends to sponsor and support the dreams of the students. These dreams align with the land of Esperanza.Land, where we walk the path of sovereignty, free, living in harmony with each other, and with Mother Earth. Dreams that also align with accepting that each human being is different, that we come to discover ourselves, and find the activities where we can be teachers and better impact/inspire our society. A way is to align these dreams is to discover ourselves through our family tree.

From our room in Sierrita, Palomino, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, we see an Arhuaco family passing by. Elders with their donkey, children resembling ducklings and young adults, all walking through life with their mochilas, learning and working together. They wear one color and type of clothing, they are sovereign over their lands, they have no debts, but they don’t know English, calculus, marketing principles, nor others that we could say give us a better possibilities and life.

This harmonious family living, which is presented to us by indigenous tribes around the world, is essential to live in harmony with Mother Earth as well as creating generational wealth. If we have an educational system where families, tribes, villages, and neighborhoods come together for a common purpose, sharing their knowledge and resources, we would be in a much better situation, a more harmonious society.

To encourage family/tribe living, we propose to create villages, with a construction in the middle to serve as community center, called Minka Center. They serve as an educational, health, arts, center where knowledge and main activities are shared in the heart of neighborhoods (parches). Parents participate by imparting their mastery, perspiration and inspiration in these centers, where children learn by doing, helping adults in the art that they are masters in life (planting, finance, music, etc.) We can also add other details as following Montessori and Waldorf principles in life, which children also mimic by masters (parents and elders).

An ideal educational system enables each human to explore their own individuality. We first understand that each student is unique. They learn their own unique ways, in their own timing, based on family patterns and their own personality (astrology archetype). If a caretaker understands, for example based on Montessori principles, the students behavior, the caretaker can better guide the student.

An ideal educational system encourages mixing of ages, depending on the activity. Younger kids see their future projection of what is possible (e.g. building a lego construction, building a tree house, singing a song).

An ideal educational system encourages consistency of caretakers. In common educational systems, the child changes teachers every year. This a rupture in the educational emotional component of the child. Consistency of main teachers is key for trust building and deeply understanding the student. If parents are responsible for the education of their children, as their children grow, they provide this consistency.

The Case of the Arhuacos Backpacks

The Arhuacos weave backpacks with intentions and love. They are songs woven into mandalas with a thread, scented with the divine energy of Mother Earth. They have a very special value. If fashion trends and world markets are understood, they could be offered to the world as a unique object, a piece of great spiritual value. Then we would have students of economics, fashion design, digital currencies, and indigenous people working together to create a unique Colombian export product. We imagined open spaces where everyone interacts with everyone, and everyone is sovereign to go deep into any subject. We see teenagers calculating packaging and learning math. We see an Arhuaca women writing their message in English, and other young people creating a Meme (cryptocurrency) of the Jaguar of la Sierra, to brand it with the mochila.

Today we are in a digital economy system, where Artificial Intelligence can do almost everything, except giving the human touch, the loving touch, inspired to bring a creation into the world. Human touch is like the feeling of transpiration, when you are near a master of its craft and sense his/her essence, where ideas, tones, recipes, etc., just comes from nothing and then are placed in a beautifully a tapestry of love.

Human Touch of our Family and Friends to Create and Master Yourself

Thanks God, there are still humans who enjoy the process of creating and sharing together their craft, wisdom, lessons learned, skills, tips and tricks. Thanks God, we also still enjoy the company of our parents and elders, wisdom family keepers, scholars of the universities of life.

In deeper levels, the word “education” should be abolished. Do we need to coin an activity that we should be doing everyday? Let’s free the word and the possibilities. Let’s all have the mindset of an adept and learn what connect us to bliss. Then we wan escape from the cages of the matrix game, where we can be proud to share (learn, create, and teach) things like: picking mangoes and presenting them on a plate for the family, composing and singing a song, riding a mule, writing an inspiring blog about educate, creating a movie of you dancing under a full moon overlooking the ocean with drummers around you, or knitting a limited edition backpack made in la Sierra.
