Esperanza is an adept, entrepreneur, visionary, mother, teacher and holistic practitioner.
Nadezhda Makarova (Esperanza), born in Australia, is a visionary, and 1st Generation Australian/Russian-Chinese immigrant.
Esperanza has over 15 years in corporate and education and over 20 years of alternative healing modalities assisting families, couples, and troubled teens through the transitions into adulthood.
At twenty one, she developed up a successful, high-end healing center. She created her own oils and creams, healing protocols that provided better result than the expensive high-end products. For example, to enhance the glow and natural lifting and toning of the skin, she recommends, as one procedure, to use natural healing through the use of bee therapy.
Later, she excell in the corporate industry managing and training staff at large telemarketing centers in multiple languages. This job allowed her to discover her gifts of multicultural relations and better understanding diversity and adaptabilty.
This lead, for she getting hired in the US as Sells, Training and Quality Assurance Manager for a multicultural call center to help on the deregulation of the Telecom Industry in the US.
When her first child, Giselle was born, she followed her teacher’s passion running Montessori mommy classes for kids with challenges at home for the Eastern Europe a community in Gaithersburg.
She then took the position of leading teacher in the Manor Montessori School, the most prestigious Montessori school in the Washington DC area. She understood the importance of education based on individual gifts and self exploration and self motivation which enable children to be the leaders of a new world, in love, order, peace and harmony.
Esperanza struggled in her childhood with dislexia, that guided her to understand the patterns of languages, symbology, phonetics, etc, as well as, understanding the cause of those challenges. This lead her to advance research in repatterning the mind, and go deep in tools like reverse speech and Auditory Integration Training (AIT).
After her son, born with challenges, was treated by a Russian Shaman, she reopened her interest in energy healing and natural medicines. She then dedicated her life to further understanding the physical, emotional, and spiritual development of her son. She continues her research and teachings on bridging the gap of learning disabilities, using energy healing, alternative medicines, gnosis, family empowerment and integration of Montessori principles.
She has helped children and adults (mostly couples) with challenges, terminal illnesses, sexual trauma and addictions. She had a successful kambo training practice, and an earth medicines healing practice in the US, treating trauma not only for the children but the parents as well. She also trained and empowered the parents to be responsible for the healing and empowerment of their own child. The centers operated as family centers where families participated in group healing activities.
Esperanza, has always dreamt of a world in peace, where individuals thrive as sovereign beings, in sovereign lands.
