Jacob the Maskot

Jacob is the Pachamama animal kingdom ambassador. Jacob is also the father of the jewish nation. He was chosen by God and had 12 children, whose descendants became the twelve tribes of Israel.

Jacob has a star in the sky that shines after him, Sirius, the Dog Star, part of Canis Major. The Egyptian calendar was centered about this star, who announced changes in the Nile river. The Dog Star is the shiniest star in the nights, who in late summer rises up in the east before the sun.

We are happy to embrace Jacob as the mascot of the University, the chosen one a healing dog that can be called the abundance of waters, providing the essence of prosperity to those that cross his holy path.
