The university at Esperanza land offers a Spiritual Life Vision Quest, where scholar candidates, world leaders, entrepreneurs, shamans, and gnostic teachers foster peace by realigned with their ancestral gifts, and find their life purpose to build the new Aquarian Age world, and shape a world of peace, love and harmony.
The quest is specially aligned for starseeds, young generation 15-40ish, artists, social media leaders, that want to bring new messages of peace to this world, to all heal as one humanity in love, powered by the wisdom and the magic of the Earth Medicines, enabling us to share in bliss our master craft.
Some of us don’t know that we were able to sing. For example, Lucho started singing in his late 40’s after an Ayahuasca Ceremony. Others have taking their craft like dancing to a new level like mixing sacred sexuality, music, and body art. There are tons of other examples of how Earth Medicines have opened the soul expression to high states of creativity and bliss.

Expected Achievements
The quest will allow you to support the Iryna Pax Initiative and enhance your spiritual journey by using Earth Medicines. You will be engaged in body, mind and soul practices, and be introduced to various themes part of ParchesU. You will have an introduction to medical astrology, human Psychology, shamanic training, manifestation training, entrepreneurship, and sacred sexuality practices.
You will become a world peace leader, by providing peace content, singing for peace, and help communities and individuals to find peace love and harmony. Following are the expected individual achievements:
Understand your purpose in life and the project(s) you want to lead.
If your interest is moving to a new land, you have the option to pre-select the land you want to a custodian of.
If your interest is to travel the world and become and ambassador, you will detail the places you want to journey.
Understand the fundamentals of building worlds, and how you can lead the creation of worlds aligned with the collective vision.
Become part of our network of Shamans around the world.
Understand the medicine of cacao and how to run cacao ceremonies.
Understand the medicine of sacred frog, Kambo, and be able to run Kambo treatments for yourself and basic treatment for your tribe
Understand the medicine of tobacco and how to perform Hape/Tobacco limpias (healings).
Understand how psilocybin works and the protocol for micro dosing
Understand sacred sexuality, white tantra, intimacy practices, and how to access Magdalena codes.
You will have a recorded song, while your were playing instruments or singing with others, having lots of fun.
Duration and Location
The Quest is a 4 months journey around the word and ending in la Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta and other sacred places in Colombia. The Sierra Nevada, the new Tibet for the Aquarian Age, is said to be the womb of Pachamama. Is the place where your heart gets seeded. The Sierra holds certain frequency love codes for unraveling our true purpose in life.
La Sierra holds ancestral medicines and wisdom the sacred spiritual wisdom that was transfer to the existing tribes: Kogui, Arhuaco, Wiwa and Kankuamo. They have helped preserved la Sierra as a pristine clean territory, in harmony with Mother Earth, holding the medicines and land for fast healing. The Quest also allows the interaction with other tribes in Colombia, like Cofanes and Kaamash Hu.
Self Journey
The quest, is based in each individual being, while aligning with a bigger purpose, peace on Earth. Here at ParchesU, we help guide the path based on each one unique needs, practicing faith and gaining wisdom along the path. We understand the path is within and the purpose for others (soul tribe family) is to guide as along the way.
We discover ourselves when we discover our ancestral gifts. For example you discover your passion like building, painting, music, theater, and so on. To open those gifts, constellation karma healing is essential. This is understanding of your relations, in particular your parents and grandparents, from an emotional viewpoint as well as an astrological archetype. Learning to see everybody as your shadow/light and that everybody came here to help achieve your dreams, is key for spiritual advancement.

Masters Plans and Connecting with Ancestral Knowledge
Working with Master Plants is a deep holistic process that encompasses our whole being. This opportunity must be treated with the care and respect that comes with the sacred and ancestral knowledge that comes to us through millennia of knowledge stored in the Amazon since the beginning of time. When healing with Master Plants we receive emotional healing and knowledge, and is up to us to bring to the heart the teachings and understanding that we are able to receive, assimilate and understand. The Dieta is also a work of integration of the ceremonies, to really bring to understanding our circumstances into our lives, to fully receive the fruits of this work.
The quest starts with an Accelerated Shamanic Training Program for one week, where we prepare our body with a dieta, while we learn and use earth medicines like Kambo and Hapeh, to hold space and use the vibration of music for healing.
Shamans Dieta
The dieta is a process founded on one’s own direct experience and capacity to surrender and heal without actively needing to manage and control the experience. It is experienced, lived, suffered and understood directly, through awakening without doubt to one’s inner truth or the voice of the heart. The beauty of the diet is found within the ability to authentically observe and witness the experience with humility, transparency, and purity of intention. The process blossoms through one’s own sincerity, willingness to listen and openness to learn. A shamanic dieta often becomes a vital turning point in one’s existence; an opening of profound understanding and great spiritual growth. This process will include organic foods, cleansing with master plants, earth medicine’s, breath work, kundalini yoga, and shamanic music.
Roots of Music Exploration
Our spiritual journey will begin with celebrating the roots of music for Pachamama in Colombia, where music is in the heart and soul of this nation as well as the sacred teachings of earth medicines. We celebrate all faiths with music from all over the world, starting the quest at the family estate of Lucho Bermudez, the Father of music of Columbia, at Muisca territory. Everybody is encouraged to connect with an instrument to hold the space, as party of the shamanic training.
Kambo
Kambo detoxifies the body and strengthens the immune system. This, combined with the profound introspective insights gained from the plant medicine, creates a truly holistic healing experience. The Kambo rituals are carefully integrated with the plant medicine ceremonies to maximize their synergistic effects, ensuring a well-rounded and a deeply transformative experience.
The fist week includes 4 days of supervised Kambo. Here you will discover your first taste of sovereignty. You will experience how to apply, hold space for a group ceremony and self apply, and micro dose this sacred medicine. You will learn how to prepare and create your ceremony space, the building of sacred alters, create and select your own music whilst you discover your gifts of healing.
Hapeh
We will connect with the spirit of grandfather tobacco, via the hapeh snuff. You will get trained to run a hapeh ceremony, understanding the process of limpia ,different blows and intentions. You will learn how to use it with other medicines.
Silence
We engage in a 3 day silence mini retreat, allowing for fostering introspection and personal growth. It is an opportunity to understand life, existence and karma; an opportunity to build the resilience and strength necessary to rise beyond our suffering, and through understanding let go and free ourselves from the circumstances that bind us to suffering.
The dieta in combination with the silence practice are an opportunity to listen to yourself and your heart. Everything else is silenced, including the noise of food. During the diet we eat very simple and silent foods (monothematic), isolating ourselves from the world for three days. It is a search to listen to ourselves and open our hearts. To open our heart, we must first find it and feel its voice. Kambo guide us to hear that internal voice, to perceive the rhythm of the universe through nature and feel the essence in ourselves. To feel the wind, the sunrise and sunset, understanding the meaning of existence and our real being.
Constellation Dream Healing – Mushroom Ceremonies
Magic Mushrooms (also called niños, children), have the power to connect us with our inner child. What is it again what you dream when you were 7 years old? You will get that same feeling as those early years, whee imagine yourself being a rock star, or flying to the moon, connecting opening to thr field of infinite possibilities for creation.
Once the gifts are discover, concrete actions need to set in place. These are group of projects, which are aligned in one common vision of peace, aligning with your endeavors, and the vision with Esperanza Land. A new world of love harmony and peace, where we are sovereign, free to create and follow our passion.
After engaging in a Life Vision Quest you will have concrete projects, actions and resources (e.g. mentors, friends and family) that you feel can help you achieve your dreams. You will be so excited that you have discover your true purpose that everyone will love to help you.
Prerequisite to Apply for a 3 Year Scholarship
The Life Vision Quest is a prerequisite to enter the Gnostic University of Philanthropy (ParchesU) as a scholar in the land. The Quest will provide a main project or set of projects that our very meaningful to the students, creating a symbiotic relation with the vision of the new world. This guarantees that the scholarship is provided to those that are passionate about their life and their future endeavors. We engage with world leaders, social media influencers, entrepreneurs, artists that sincerely want to come to Colombia and help shape the university campus building a harmonious world for the Aquarian Age.
Expression of Interest (EOI): The letter will specify the procedure to express the interest of the candidate to continue the process.
Virtual meeting: The university will schedule a 45 min. virtual meeting where ParchesU founders will meet the candidate to converse about the quest, learn more about each other, and understand if there is a common desire to proceed.
Followup Meeting: In this meeting candidates present a 3 min video talking about their motivation to join the Spiritual Life Vision Quest, as part of the process to become scholars of the university, world creators of Esperanza Land, and protagonists of the movie. Here is an example video, of the first CEO of Minka Center precursor of the Gnostic University. In this meeting will also discussed how the payment mechanism to the quest will be performed.
